Burnley vs Leeds match preview

Burnley have scored in all of their last 9 league games and they scored an average of 1.66 goals per game in those 9 games. Burnley have conceded in 8 of their last 10 league games and they conceded an average of 1.70 goals per game in those 10 games. Leeds have scored in 5 of their last 7 league games and they scored an average of 1.42 goals per game in those games. Burnley have conceded in 6 of their last 7 league games.

Goals look a good bet here with over 1.5 goals and both teams to score both very strong. On current form it may be worth having a bet at bigger odds on both teams to score in both halves.

Leeds average 6.50 corners per game in their last 10 league games and Burnley average 6.16 corners per game in their last 6 league games. So corners also look likely with a high chance that both teams take at least 3/4 corners and the game will push towards double figures.

Burnley have been given 2 yellow cards in 3 of their last 4 league games and 3 of the last 4 Burnley league games had 30+ match booking points. Leeds have been given at least 1 card in all of their last 13 league games and they average 1.76 yellow cards per game in those games. 9 of the last 11 Leeds league games had 30+ match booking points. So cards don’t look a bad bet here and the stats suggest a good chance that both sides pick up at least 1 cars and the game has 30+ match booking points. Though it is worth remembering that the game is a dead rubber with nothing major riding on it, so it may lack that edge of intensity that brings cards, so it may be an angle to take the stats with  pinch of salt.

The best bets in this game are

Southampton vs Fulham match preview

Southampton have scored in 7 of their last 9 league games and they scored an average of 1.44 goals per game in those games. Southampton have conceded in all of their last 8 league games, conceding an average of 2.25 goals per game in those 8 games. Fulham have failed to score in 6 of their last 10 league games and they have conceded in all of their last 7 league games, conceding an average of 2 goals per game in those 7 games.

Goals is tricky here as now both teams know their fate it should open the game up and Southampton games recently have produced goals. Fulham have struggled for goals all season and we can’t tell if that’s going to change now that the pressure of avoiding relegation has been removed as they know they are going down. Over 1.5 goals looks to have a good chance but both teams to score is risky as Fulham just can’t be trusted to find the net, even against a very poor Southampton defence.

Fulham average 6.16 corners per game in their last 6 league games and have taken 8 corners in each of their last 2 league games. Southampton also average 6.16 corners per game in their last 6 league games and hit double figures on their own in 2 of those 6 games. Corners look a good bet here with it highly likely both teams take at least 3/4 and the game pushed towards double figures. A bet like a goal in each half and 3/4+ corners in each half would also look to have a good chance.

3 of the last 4 Fulham league games ended under 30 match booking points and 5 of the last 8 Southampton league games had under 30 match booking points. With the game also having nothing major riding on it now, we feel its best to avoid cards here.

The best bets in this game are

Over 1.5 goals

3/4+ corners each team

9+ match corners

A goal in each half and 3/4+ corners in each half

Brighton vs West Ham match preview

West Ham need a win here as they look to stay in the hunt for Champions League football. West Ham have scored 2 or more goals in 5 of their last 7 league games and they scored an average of 1.85 goals per game in those 7 games. West Ham have conceded in all of their last 8 league games and they conceded an average of 1.75 goals per game in their last 8 league games. Brighton have scored in 6 of their last 9 league games and they scored an average of 1.11 goals per game in those 9 games. Brighton have kept 4 clean sheets in their last 7 league games.

Goals is tricky here as both teams have scored in 5 of the last 7 West Ham league games, but Brighton games have been quite low on goals lately with only 1 of their last 5  league games having both teams score. West Ham need a win though and that should open the game up and give both teams to score a good chance in this game. Both teams to score and over 1.5 goals look the best goal bets but at bigger odds we do feel there is a good chance that West Ham could win this game with both teams scoring.

West Ham average 5.25 corners per game in their last 4 league games and have taken 3 or more corners in 80% of their games this season. Brighton have been inconsistent with corners as they have games where they spike at a very high number and then they have low days. Even in a low day Brighton usually take at least 3 corners as they have taken at least 3 corners in 91.42% of their league games this season. So it’s highly likely both teams take at least 3 corners in this game.

In their last 7 league games West Ham have been give 13 yellow and 2 red cards. All of the last 8 West Ham league games had 30+ match booking points. 5 of the last 6 Brighton league games had 30+ match booking points and whilst Brighton’s recent numbers aren’t as impressive as the Hammers, they have been given 6 yellow and 2 red cards in their last 6 league games.

The best bets in this game are

Over 1.5 goals

Both teams to score

3+ corners each team

30+match booking points

West Ham to win and both teams to score
