Newcastle vs Leicester match summary

After 2 tough matches vs Man City and Liverpool, it doesn’t get easier for Newcastle as they face a Leicester side who are 4th in the table and have already beaten Man City, Arsenal And Spurs this season. Both teams can score goals and are prone to conceding them as well, though as the both teams to score stats for both teams are around 50%, it appears that a bet on over 1.5 or 2.5 goals looks a safer bet than both teams to score. Both teams consistently have 3 or more corners and also giveaway over an average of over 5 per game, so a bet on both teams to have 3 or 4 corners looks to have a great chance. Newcastle have had at least 1 booking in every game this season, and Leicester have had at least 1 player booked in all but one of their games, so it looks highly likely that both teams will see a card or two.

Chelsea vs Man City match summary

Two teams who find themselves just outside the top 4, Man City have games in hand on the teams above and if  they win both they would go to just 1 point off Man United and Liverpool who currently share pole position. Chelsea have lost 3 of their last 5 whilst City are unbeaten in their last 6, winning 4 of those. One of the stranger stats of the season so far is that City have only had 3 games go over 2.5 goals in the 14 league games they have played, and they have only scored more than 2 goals twice. Though with the talent these 2 teams have, and the open free flowing game it promises to be makes it very difficult to bet against there being 2 or 3 goals in this one. Both teams are consistently on the high end of the corner count, and regularly have games that see 9 or more match corners. Much like the goals it is the kind of game where its hard to say there wont be bookings, the averages don’t point towards a card fest, though with the attacking talent on show and both teams being deadly on the counter attack, you would not be surprised to see cards. So the stats point clearly towards corners being the safest bet, though it would be no surprise to see goals and cards.
